    A person in my Xbox Live party was bragging that he stole a credit card. He's also stolen multiple accounts, which he has said himself. Now, the question is... What can I do? This is a serious matter, and it needs to be resolved quickly. This is NOT a joke.

    I realize that I have no physical evidence to prove this, even though the person as verified it themselves.

    No proof. You gotta hope that MS logs IP's because you will need the account names.
