    There's one on here called Erebus Beta (spelling?) it's pretty nifty, you have to find a key to open the door to a VIP point at the end of the map. It plays just like infection but with a goal.

    There is not really much one can do with a vast empty space and so few objects to place there. If you really want more maps like this just go through infection maps in the Casual Maps section.

    Conkerkid's Killing Grounds map doesn't really take the entirety of Sandbox but it is aweful fun.

    All right, then what about maps that include vehicles with one person you're supposed to run away from? I know that there are lots of those.

    That isn't a huge map involving all of Sandbox (16 players)

    You can always make your own dream map, I'd be willing to play a large scale infection map :p
