Who says I can't draw 3D, WHO?!?! Me... actually. A certain SOMEONE made me redo the eyes. So yes, they suck now.
haha eyes are big and nearing anime-ish anyways, the hair is beautiful, i have trouble with hair. lips and nose are done about as well as i can.. good job with the shading too
The eyes are big, but still pretty good. Better than I could do. I think they look fine if you don't stare at them for too long, because then they start to stare back. I agree with Knight Kninja on everything else: the hair, lips, nose, and shading are all awesome.

The lips were my fault. I kept erasing, and anymore would leave marks. The hair took the longest to complete, so it better be of some decency. SSHHH!!!! That's a fraction around these parts son! Yes, it was my mom. I always ignore her advice because she's usually wrong, but then I decided it was rude. So I took it, and tried it, and killed it. Thanks for the comments guys.
Not just the pupils, but the width of the eyes are too big. You should be able to have room for five eyes going across the head, but instead there's only room for one.
