The simple yet effective Conquest format thrives in this very au naturel environment. Speaking of natural, the atmosphere Captn has created for the map is almost surreal its so believable. From serene waterfalls to creative rock formations to even a centralized splash of meadow, Descended Vale is arguably one of the most aesthetically pleasing maps to date. Its just too bad that the map also plays some mean Conquest as well. Get caught admiring your surroundings for too long and you'll likely get burned. The fast paced and in-your-face style of gameplay gets down to the nitty gritty of what Conquest is all about- teamwork and brute force. Descended Vale certainly does her justice, and most definitely deserves a regular slot in your custom game rotation. Awesome! I've always adored this map. Congrats Captn! This was probably really unexpected (it was for me at least) but definitely deserving!
I am amazed by how far people went with these maps after The Hollow. Congrats Captn, this is a big step up from my map.

Yeah haha im kinda shell shocked, lil ole me ain't used to this much attention. I honestly thought this map was average (the longest map iv ever taken time to make) but still just average. Thanks Forgehub, and thanks to everyone who helped make this map i couldn't have done it without ya'll. Oh and Gunner, if it weren't for Conquest this map wouldn't have happened.
