on the first i don't like the effect you put on the spartan. imo it makes it look like its not blended with the background. Also, the green light things draw attention away from the focal (assuming the focal is the spartan). My suggestion (may not be the best though cos im not the best sig maker) is find a stock where the focal will be more clear instead of being covered by the green clouds like in the stock you used. Read some tuts, they will be your best friend pretty good work though for your first. Keep trying and just work to get better. Good Luck!
