a sniper that shoots out 6 bullets, each doing 225 damage, per trigger pull, and has a 2.4x scope and a 6 shot magazine. I think I'm in love.
i am lvl 41 and my best gun is a shotgun that does 200 damage x9, with x3 incinerating damage. When you are on your second playthrough, the foes get much harder and the guns, shields, etc. get better. besides that i have been able to purchase a rocket launcher that does 600 and something damage x3, with no extra elemental damage.
Recently I found a heavy combat rifle: Damage: 277 Accuracy: 79.6 Fire Rate: 12.7 It is awesomesauce.
Gold Playthrough 2 Shotgun: Hunters Bull Dog DMG: Around 80 to 150 times cant remember. ROF: decent for a shotgun maybe 3 bullets per second with out any upgrades or mods. ( with rolands mods and specs maybe 6 or 7 AMMO CAPACITY: 31 Purple playthrough 2 SMG: Malevolent Stinger DMG: around 150 ROF: 17.5 Ammo capacity: forgot And when you shoot its bullets spiral and ricochet if you don't believe me i will duplicate one for you.
I think the best gun that I've found on borderlands is a sniper. VRR390 Solid Volcano Damage = 408 accuracy = 95.7 fire rate = 0.9 with 3 rounds fire x 4 Found it in Old Haven completely by chance. Have a few other weapons too that are either rare or very powerful. got any questions just let me know.
ive found a fair amount like that. im not a fan of them, the bullets travel too slow and they're usually not as accurate as a normal SMG.
I just got my lvl 50 Siren today. Yesterday, though, I played the "Secret Armory of General Knoxx" on PLAYTHROUGH 1 and recieved a Jakobs revolver that does 772 Damage, Has a 2.1 Weapon zoom, and has a mag size of 2. It's beast. For any of you that played this, I got this revolver in the secret weapons cache that's unlocked when you fix the claptrap in the prison.
Today me and my Bf beat Crawmerax and got a; GGN40 ZZ FEARSOME BESSIE Damage: 1017 Accuracy: 98.8 Fire Rate: 0.4 Ammunition: 6 Thats's my girl... 2.8 weapon zoom +69% Damage +500% critical hit damage I swear it's pretty much an Insta-kill, if you hit someone in the head with this gun.
A few days ago I was doing a glitched armoury run with some friends and we came across the best Anarchy you can get in the game! Level 61: Torgue HX 4 STEEL ANARCHY 204x4 dmg 27.0 acc 13.8 rof 82 clip 3.9x Weapon Zoom +40% Damage +40% Fire Rate +54 Magazine Size It rapes! Even crawmerax cries like a girl when I unload all over his body. He also doesn't like it when I shoot him with the Anarchy! I've still yet to find a pearlescent weapon/shield though
Sorry to tell ya buddha, but pearl things dont exist anymore... they fixed the glitch where those weapons would be white, now they are just the dark orange. I know, three of my best weapons did this to me when I got the update, still have yet to get the expansion though. On topic: found a fully auto sniper and since I'm mordecai I pwn with it. was in the underdome killing the badass waves with that and wasnt even breaking a sweat it was so easy, till like round 18... I just get a little bored that far into it sometimes.
I found that all the weapons I got from General Knoxx's armoury was bad, and none matched up to my current.
Pearl is a reference to the white weapons with red text... since that was a glitch and they fixed it they no longer exist, what you a re talking about is a completely different class of weapon... something I'd probably call "blues"
Pearlescent weapons are now Cyan and it says so in the Secret Armory, all previous white guns with red text indeed have been changed into orange.
I am looking for someone willing to hand me over a really sweet elemental shotgun, say shock or explosive. Im also looking for someone who has a really high version of Krom's sidearm.
i found a hyperion liquid penetrator sniper rifle in a dev box, around 500 damage, like 4.5 fire rate, 5 round burst. so sweet, didn't even know that stuff existed
I've got this awesome Pearl Escent SMG, or more like three of them that deals about 1,000 damage per hit, and has got a fire rate of like 11. You guys do know how to clone weapons right? If you need any Pearl Escent guns, I've got a bunch to spair.
