HaloWarfare(cool thing I just thought of)

    I have been working on the whole idea for around a week now.

    I have something really neat going on and I want to tell you guys what I want to make.

    It's pretty much Modern Warfare 2 inside Halo 3. I'm sure your all thinking, "Not another one of these...". But this one is actually very neat and fun to play with.

    I finished the testing map for it, I didn't spend to much time on it because I only wanted to show what the maps will be like.

    I even have added a killstreak system. Let me explain how this works.

    Each team will have one guy who spawns out of the playable map. That person will control all of his/her team's killstreaks. From things such as shooting a Predator Missle(rocket) down to where their team wants it, or flying in the Helicopter(hornet) to cause hell for the other team.

    The testing games were very fun and the killstreak thing just made everything amazing. It was really neat seeing rockets fly down from the sky just like in Modern Warfare 2.

    The class system is pretty simple actually. Both teams spawn in the sky bubble, out of each others' views of course... There you can choose how you want to be armed. A teleporter will then tele you to one your teams 4 reciever nodes scattered in the map. They are scattered to prevent spawn camping, which sucked when it happened in the beta. But it's all fixed now.

    Here are some of the killstreaks I have though of.

    Flash- A flare is dropped at the requested spot. Use it to blind enemies.

    Predator Missile- One rocket is shot from it's launcher at the requested spot. Creates a really neat effect

    Attack Copter- The "Kill Streak Handler" will fly a transport hornet over the map for 30 seconds.

    Pavelow- A normal hornet will fly over the map for 30 seconds

    Carpet Strike- 4 Predators are called in a requested position.

    AC130- The "Kill Streak Handler" gets on a platform(AC130): Fires the following 3: Sentinel Beam(25mm) Rocket Launcher(50mm) and Spartan Laser(105mm) for 45 seconds.

    This seems like a really good idea, but how do you plan on making the killstreaks only last 30-45 sec?
    Other than that, whats to stop the killstreak person from just spamming things?

    If you have a way around both of these, ill be gald to test when you finish.

    I'm not gonna lie.

    There isn't a way I could make them stop.

    You will hate me for saying this, but there will be a couple of honor rules. I just say boot the immature person who spams the killstreak, or stays on the killstreak to long.

    I haven't really ever messed around too deep into spawn settings, but maybe you could create a way so that the killstreak dude only spawns after his teammates get kills. I believe that this could be accomplished by that spawn team on kills setting. I could be very wrong but it's worth tinkering with.

    The more people working on it the better of a game could be put together.
