I jailbroke my iPod touch yesterday and have spent a bit of time customizing it with cydia and rock. It's probably the best thing I've done with it. Lock Screen... Unlockin, and part of my face... Teh Smexy bg, notice my folders... Games, iPod, Other, and Settings. Each folder has apps that are in the category of that folder. Games for example, obviously has games. Ipod has Music, Video, Picture, Safari, App store, etc. Settings has settings, cydia, rock, blackrain, etc. Other has my utility apps.
