Ok well I kinda found this out on accident. I am not quite sure if this has been found out but I haven't found any guides that have this. Basically you do the first part as regular.(I am showing up-x version but you can do it with up-a) Step 1 Up-x glitch to spawn the object Step 2 Make it spawn at start never Step 3 Up-x glitch to spawn 2nd object Step 4 Wait for 1st to disappear and then Autospawn it Step 5 Place 2nd Object where you want it. Now for things to be different Step 6 Up-x glitch to spawn the same object(don't make it spawn at start never) Step 7 Wait for the autospawned object from step 4 to disappear and then set run-time min as the same to run-time max Step 8 You can ghost merge that object and then repeat steps 6-8 until you are done. You can do this with multiple objects at time aswell. I have found it much easier and you can use it to do that finally last 1 item. Ask questions if this is confusing to you and I might be able to help you in game if you really want me to. GT- Kilamanjara14
I am pretty sure that most people are aware of this. I have been at least and I know most of my XBL friends that do any serious forging know about it. I'm not sure how needed this thread is because I am not sure how many people don't know about this. But, if there is a substantial number of people who are unaware, good post. Way to spread the word. (no sarcasm)
It is actually a pretty common way of ghost merging and I use it all of the time. I really don't see how it is faster, it takes about the same time as the other. Here is a video though: YouTube- HD | Halo 3 Forge Tutorial | Ghost Merging You're making it seem a little complicated though the way you are describing it. It's been around for a while now.
I know, I am not the best explainer. However I didn't know it and few of my friends didn't know it so I just wanted to see if every1 did. I don't know if is faster, I just feel like it is and it is less work as well.
