Pre-DLC Judgement: Last Breath.

    If you havent known already i have gone on a mission to make some judgement maps on pre DLC and all the "forsaken" forge maps. Why? I think its quite a fun challenge, trying to figure out how to create a COD setting on a halo 3 map with next to no resources, since i do love a challenge ;D

    Anyways,

    Last Breath, its based off of last resort so i thought that the name would be catchy while still capturing the main point of the game which is to be the last man and such

    Just a note that i did not get any pictures of the test games, i did in fact run through at least 5 games on this, i did not put any pictures from the games due to me being forgetful and going on and playing other games.

    With that out of the way heres some "special" features of this map:

    -A innovative idea using the switch to lower the gates to open up a "doorway" to some special weapons (i got pics)

    -3 judgment style windows

    -The WHOLE factory area of last resort for your pleasure

    -A challenge for both the humans and the zombies to win

    Weaponry:

    Starting area ( no pictures, sad face, it isnt too exciting tho):

    -1 BR set to never respawn (low ammo)

    Factory Area:

    -Upper part
    2 Magnums (low ammo)
    1 AR (low ammo/ never spawn)
    1 BR (low ammo/ never spawn)

    -The "bridge"
    1 Shotgun (low ammo/ 180 sec respawn)
    1 Sniper (low ammo/ 90 sec respawn)

    -The main floor
    2 SMG's (low ammo/ 150 sec respawn)
    2 Magnums (low ammo/ 150 sec respawn)
    1 spiker that testers never found and i dont even know why i kept it there. (low ammo/ 180 sec respawn)

    -Back corner (will show in picture)
    1 BR (low ammo/ never respawn)

    -Back room
    1 Plasma rifle (never respawn)

    /\This is a picture of the factory floor area and gives you sort of a sense of the map. Note that the starting room IS NOT in the factory area

    So you say you have this special "door" how the hell does it work??

    How the "door" works:

    /\Go up to the gate control. Note that the custom power-up spawns at about 45 seconds which should tell you to go and activate the switch.

    /\When you lower the gates a fusion coil will be lowered into a grav lift

    [​IMG]

    /\After lowering into the grav lift, the grav lift pushes the fusion coil out making it blow up

    [​IMG]

    /\This will cause fusion coils to rain down on this "door" area (leading to the bridge) for about 30 seconds which will clear the turret cases out of the way

    /\After 90 seconds a grav lift spawns which sends the fusion coil to blow up in a safer location

    What about them judgement windows FryTheSly?

    /\Judgement window number 1. This is where zombies will spawn the most.

    /\Judgement window number 2. Some zombies will spawn over here. The window features a mini ledge to jump up on and look out the "window" but is inescapable

    /\Judgement window number 3. This one is special. I new humans would camp this area (the back corner) so i made a way for them to come from above.
    PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ORDER TO USE THIS "WINDOW" ZOMBIE GRAVITY NEEDS TO BE CHANGED TO 100%


    got that? gooood.



    Of course you would play this map on "judgement" but i have made my own gametype to accommodate for the 100% gravity issue and i made it more like "swat zombies" haha (zombs got plasma pistols still but are head shot kills and 100% gravity)

    Well, I'd be more than happy to post feedback. First off-- before anything else, I'd like to say that I have attempted something verry similar to this. In my attempt, you started in the bottom of the factory, made your way up to the balconies, and then a door opened up to a tunnel which lead to a random weapons box. (Yes, I actually made a box and it was porbably the best part of the map.) Anyways I'm amazed at the challanges you overcame here. For instance, it looks like your doors are far superior to mine and don't even get me started on the coolieo sniper switch. Escaping might actually be 100% inpossible. This map was definatly planed out better than mine. All and all great job and I already dled.

    i appreciate the feedback. Yes i have done my very hardest to make this inescapable and i have succeeded.

    nice idea, this map looks like a lot of fun and nice forging man i think i will enjoy this map very much =)
