    DESCRIPTION:
    Heavens Light is a medium-small symmetrical map focused on MLG gametypes for 2-8 players. TS is the main gametype for this map since it's so small, but CTF (5Flag) and Oddball is also included.
    TS is by far the gametype you want to play if you want to get the best and most fun experience out of the map, but if you can put up with the frustration over being spawn killed a few times then by all means, try CTF as well! And if you grab the enemy flag, you better have your team set up to cover you because the enemy will spawn right on your tail. It gets extremely hectic.
    I haven't had the chance to try Oddball thouroghly, but since it's included, try it out of you've got the time. It's almost frustratingly difficult to hold the ball for a long time.
    As with most MLG maps, top controll is essential.



    WEAPONS AND SPAWN TIMES:
    BR x 6 (10 seconds)
    Mauler x 1 (120 seconds)
    Frag Grenade x 4 (20 seconds)
    Plasma Grenade x 4 (20 seconds)


    MAP INFO:
    Max Players: 2-8 players.
    Gametypes: TS, CTF and Oddball only.
    Map Size: Medium-small

    I hope you guys enjoy the map. According to my friends, this is my "masterpiece" so far and surprisingly enough (for me that is) they all seemed to love playing it.

    That's a fine looking map there. The forging looks great, and it looks really smooth. I'm not a big fan of MLG, but this has earned my dl. Once I can use my 360 again. Nice work.

    I wuz wondering how to make DL links using pics? Anyways, the map looks average and holds that symmectric skybubble gameplay that I usually play in most skybubble maps, which isn't a bad thing to me. Im just guessing most people will find it dull after like 5 games like my maps, but Im glad that I had played on this map and it will be staying on my hard drive until I can get more opinions on it.

    Regarding "image-links", you simply put the picture up then mark it and click on the link button. It's as easy as that :)

    I actually really like the concept. It's pretty simple but looks cool and very smooth and looks to create some nice gameplay with several different routes around the map. The use of the tube corners and the tunnel through the middle really look nice by the way. I'll definitely try and start a game up on this later to get the overall feel of the map, but for now I think it definitely is a very solid map. Nice work, iKillQuest!

    100% agree with you there, everything is forged pretty nice, it all looks pretty darn smooth. The thing that suprises me however is your weapons 6 brs and 1 mauler this must get pretty hard defend a flag or trying to capture one. Also with that manny brs you must have a good respawn placement. But overall i like it.

    Regarding the weapons and their placement, I tried different weapons throughout the versions but it seems like since the map is such a small sized map; the most balanced gameplay comes with only BRs, one close-range weapon and some grenades.
    One version had carbines on the flank bridges, but they got overpower by the BRs in almost every situation, so they got cut out. Another version had 2 rocket shots instead of the mauler in the middle, haha! You don't want to know how crazy that was!
    Makes it a little more fun as well when it's difficult to score flags and the mauler actually becomes quite a power weapon if you want to control the mid section.. ;)

    Wow, I really like the design. The bottom mid tunnel is really cool. I've messed around with using those tunnel pieces vertically but could never figure out a way to use it in a map. In general, I think interlocking bridges and tunnels automatically make a map cool.
    Anyway, I'm not big on MLG so I'll try maybe playing some regular slayer on it with my roommates. We'll see what happens.

    Thanks! Yeah, the Tube Corners adds some more dimension to the map plus some cover. I'm quite happy with the mid section as a whole, because there's so many ways to get out of fire and some pretty neat jumps too thanks to the 3 levels!

    SMGStrings, I'll hook you up with some customs on it later if any of my friends are willing to play! :)
