Well, I'm not totally abandoning MW2, and I'll still play it quite a bit, but Call of duty 4 is where my gaming heart lies. MW2 may have cool kill-streaks, new weapons, more maps and more customisation than I could have hoped for, but the game-play is not up to scratch. I miss running and gunning, and less campers, and the M40A3!

although i would be able TO FIND A FRICKING GAME.
have you noticed how its easier to find games with your mic unplugged?

yes. And also, on MW2, if it creates a lobby it is SO ANNOYING! everyone joins then says 'suchabody isn't here, back out'. I have to sit and wait for 10 minutes before the game actually starts. I never had that problem with CoD4. A few of my friends are turning back, thats one of the main reasons i am.

I would go back, but the only reasons I'd do that is for the Dragunov and party chat, and if I really want to be in a party while I play MW2 I'll just play Merc. TD.

In other words, no. I'm not going back.

I would play cod4 sometimes, but I don't own it... And I'm getting really in to mw2 now. I miss things about cod4, but it's time to move on for me.

Call of Duty 4 was great, my favorite game ever, better than MW2, but I don't foresee me going back to it anytime soon. First, my disc broke, so no more CoD4 unless I want to buy another. Second, less people are on CoD4 than MW2 and the only ones on there now are either die hard fans, people really good at it, or people that really aren't that competitive and just want to mess around. Even with all of the flaws and annoying factors, its going to stay popular until MW3. Hopefully in the next update, they fix the JTAG Console issue, boosting issue, no friction lobby issue, and maybe they will fix the spawns to that of the original game. In the update to fix the Javelin glitch, they added more spawns to attempt to create a better spawn system, but it made it worse. CoD4 is a dying game, and I won't be playing it anymore.

I played the game to death, and most of the playlists I enjoy are pretty much dead. Going back to it seems like trying to ride a dead horse, but I definitely think CoD4 > MW2, in every way. I think if they iron out the game, I would enjoy it more, like all around reduction on weapon damage (except snipers), fixed spawns, playlists with no killstreaks over 7 (or at all, needs a little experimenting). It's sad when Search becomes one of the only fun gametypes because you never respawn, although it's even more sad is that you can still be spawn killed.

In MW2 I can't TK in hardcore HQ because I die not them.... Also when I get harriers I hit a teammate, die and lose my streak... WHY!?!?!?! But anyway I still like mw2 more in a way but I might go back...
