I have decided to go back to Foundry, only this time not to create a map using complicated merge, but to bring back the most simplest style of forge. Depot Depot is a aesymmetrical map taking on a similar feel of the original Foundry layout with a twist. The entire layout has been organized like a maze of towering walls and boxes testing you of your instinct and skill. The weapons used on here are the same as you would find on foundry as well as they are placed in very similar locations so that way all players know where to look. There has been two bonus weapons added however, which include the flame thrower that is located in the back center and the needler that is located near the center Here are a few pics to help you get a feel for how the map looks in general The layout has proven to be as competitve as Foundry with Slayer/Team Slayer and complies with Team objective games Capture the Flag, King Of the Hill. download DEPOT here to start testing now
I'm not totally sure if it's just me, but the pictures aren't working. Try to fix them by embedding them properly, here's the link. EDIT: I noticed just now that the DL link says "DL to start testing now." If this is to test the map, then it should be moved to the Tester's Guild. If you do, just be sure to follow the proper form there. REEDIT: Oh, you posted through Haloscreenshots. There's your problem. Try Photobucket: I find it pretty easy.
i can see them. i dont know what you guys are talking about. hah just kidding. your gonna want to fix this up before insane comes and locks your thread. be sure you got the right link from the picture if you used photobucket cuz that can lead to pictures not showing up
