    I have been talking about this for a bit, but I finally made a video because I don't do screenshots.

    The main thing is that it is a massive mountain and is both aestheticaly and competitivly pleasing.

    YouTube- Race map preview

    I need suggestions, I have about 200 items let on my canvas. Its budget glitchted, towers blocked, and OLN objects.

    So I need;
    • A map name idea(Something mountanish)
    • Ideas for aesthetics
    • Anything you want to tell me or think that helps

    I remember playing on this and it was truly amazing. Although not the smoothest race track, it was still great to drive on. I don't have any ideas for you except connect up the top section to the awesome downhill slope that goes through the mountain.
    As for name ideas: Mountain Pass, Ridge Run, Landslide, Cliff Rider.

    It looks pretty short, but that may be irrelevant if you play with a bunch of rounds. I would also make sure you cannot move forward on the track without doing the previous section. Do this by adding sort of rails that mongooses cannot drive over.

    As for aesthetics, I would clean up the top of the hill, because it looks like something you'd see if you were out of a map in an area that wasn't meant to be accessible.

    Thanks and I remember it too. We were playing with Dream and i was bitching about showing my map, then I did and you all were like "OMFG, its never been done til now, epic!"

    Anywyas, i like Landslide.

    Its barely half way done and thanks for the advice. I planned bigger but damned item limits. I will however, need a load of testers in a few weeks.

    Looks good so far. I like how you've incorporated the small jumps. Two things I'd suggest:

    1) Mark out the edges of the track when it goes into the dunes.
    2) Makes sure we can't see the ugly side of the tin cups.

    Rail the dune parts that aren't railed so it's a little more obvious where to go.

    It would be cool to partially ghost merge rails into the ground on the sand parts to make it look like the road is buried under a landslide.

    It's a great idea with the whole mountain thing and all but it seems that it would be very confusing for some drivers. It also doesn't seem that smooth but it doesn't really matter to me, as long as it's creative and enjoyable. Maybe insert some arrows in the cave or just make it more visible where to go and you should have yourself a masterpiece. Good job so far!

    Looks very interesting. If you can pull this off, I think you'll really be setting an example for how race maps don't just have to be bank after bank (except for motorcross style, which of course is another story).

    At 1:16 on the video, may I suggest having a broken bridge to block off the pathway? My initial reaction to the turn there was that the path ahead wasn't there anymore, and therefore you swerved onto the mountain pass.

    As for names, the only thing that came into my head was "RIIIIDGE RAAACCCER", so I'm out of ideas there.

    I don't have a lot to input on the map besides what already been said but if you like ghost merged a wall into the sand dune at the top where you start going down you could make an awesome ramp for the end. Other then cleaning up the mountain/hill ride and making it a little more obvious where you need to go then this track is just fine. Also, if you want to message me when you start testing this track that would help me a lot. Great job...

    Any specific information on the problem? Or do you want people in the actual lobby to help out?
