    Hey everyone its Dark here with another new map this time on Foundry. If you didn't see the other map that I posted not long ago then heres a link- http://www.forgehub.com/forum/aesthetic-maps/92829-monster-ship-aod-command.html

    Resonance is a Non-Symmetrical Team Slayer map, it is built for up to 8 players although I would recommend having a 2 vs 2 match instead because of the size of the map. This map is meant purely for fun and should not be taken too seriously as there are many weapons which many would consider 'too overpowering' so just take a look and enjoy, oh and here's the weapon list.

    obviously, your not going for symmetricallity, so why is the sniper in the exact middle of foundry?
    also, it looks alo like one of those maps wher everything looks nice, but it plays badly. I guess the only way to test that would be to download and play it though.
    edit* forget the sniperthing, after paying more attention, i can see its not in the middle. Iguess that would make it play better. still waiting for my dad to get off the xbox so i can do a forgethrough.

    I didn't mean it to be in the middle and also how can you tell?

    Also I think you'll find that you either like the type of gameplay or you don't, it depends on your map taste. Could you download it and tell me what you think?

    I just scanned over your map on forge and I wasnt dissapointed, but there was one(large) problem that i found with your map. the fact that it is extremely easy to get out of the map. you might want to patch up some of the ceiling so that players can not grenade jump or use the deployable cover to jump out of the map and have a completely unfair advantage. but overall i would give this map a solid 4/5....keep em comin!!

    first nice job on the post and i love to see foundry maps still being made.. ok on to the map very nice forging and geo merging alot is very straight and alot isnt..the very last pic where u show a closer look i notice that double box is crooked , if u use the ghost merge glitch u can fix that in 10 seconds and it will get u more dl's cause at this stage in the game of forging that piece is way to crooked and also the bridge is way off a couple pics up .. and not sure i understand when u go towards the blue or red ball is that a base in there ? 3/5 for me i will dl and get back to ya on gameplay nice job oh i just noticed blue opening is bigger than red hmmmmmm wow sorry i keep adding things and that whole curved single box thingy too many people do that erace it plz.

    A great foundry map that looks cleanly forged and all areas look smooth for all of it but the only problem is that it is way to easy to get out of and can un even the gameplay of the map.

    Hmm... I don't think that double box is crooked at all actually. I used ghost merging for the entire map by the way. Yes, behind the blue and red lights there are bases. I think you'll find the size of the openings doesn't make any difference to gameplay. Also I will not be erasing the arch because I think it looks quite nice in-game, go check it out! Also I will soon be fixing the getting out of map thing so no worries!

    Just because a map isn't symetrical doesn't mean that having a weapon/vehicle/equipment in a technically symetric location is bad. It's all about gameplay movement and equality.

    The sexiest part of the map for me was the last pic. Oh my god that was cool. Just the slanted box thing made it all the more appealing :) As for the rest of the map, it looks great and may play even better, but I need to download it to know for sure. Good job and keep it up.

    This looks really nice and has good flow that I can see from the pictures. My one criticism is that the overshields and active camo look kinda bad merged with teleporters. Still great work dude.

    Your power weapons are clutered, one player can gather the fuel rod, sinper and overshield. I suggest moving the fuel rod or sniper to spawn under the crate at the same time the grav lift spawns. Also, the fact that you can get stuck in the lift may be a big issue because it can be an HLG spot or somebody can accidentely get trapped.

    Thanks, note that under the bridge with the sniper there are fusion coils so a grenade thrown correctly can cause a neat little explosion.

    Thanks for the advice, but so you know, unless you walk close to the grav lift side it is impossible to get stuck and even if you do it is easy to get out of

    Unfortunately you can escape the map easily, in several areas. If you have budget, you need to heighten most, if not all of your walls.
