ok somehow i have a month to month membership without even knowing it and all of a sudden the credit card that it used can not pay for the membership anymore. So instead of just changing my account to silver my account got suspended and i can not even log on to xbox live. so i am stuck laying local. does anyone know what i need to do to just have silver again instead of being suspended?
no idea, sounds like a thing you'll have to take up with customer service. just shout at the automated response and itll transfer you to a real person
This **** happened to me before and it pissed me off like no other. Here's how you're going to have to fix it: You'll have to call up the Xbox hotline, get to the right person, tell them your problem, then they will tell you in order to fix the problem you will have to have another credit/debit card and they will add that on for you. What they're doing is being Microsoft and they will charge that second credit/debit card with money to payback what hasn't been paid on the first credit card. Then once it's paid off you can remove it off your account, or request to have it removed. This happened to me, I know what I'm talking about.
I'm not sure man. If anything I would hold off on purchasing the 12 month, and I'd call Microsoft and see how to handle the situation. If you don't want to add another credit card, I'm sure asking them if you can purchase a subscription card to fix the problem could be a possible solution. That's personally how I would go about this, but feel free to do whatever you feel is necessary to fix your situation.
