Oooo it ended up looking fantastic! The shading is great and the proportions of your arms are pretty dead on! Great job Whisper! XD

This is definitely my favorite sketch of yours so far mostly because of the excellent execution of the body's proportion. The arms look incredible and everything else looks realistic including the legs and chest. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work!

Whisper, I think you've improved since your last drawing by getting the proportions more accurate. I think for your next piece you should maintain that level of accuracy, but put more focus on areas of light. Right now, in many of your pieces it has the same dark overall tone. It has less to do with the color value of the actual thing you're drawing and more to do with light. Then use it for reference for light values on future works. Great job so far!

    Newsprint and charcoal.

Thanks to all the rest of you guys. I'm happy that I've been improving very fast; however, it's not quick enough. I have to have all my portfolios sent in by January 1st :( I'm going to have to buckle down and just draw nonstop this weekend.

I love the tension in the right arm and the paper/board. Awesome.
