HELP! HELP!First off I am new to forging. I have just completed my first map and can't setup CTF. Situation is on Sandbox. I change gametype to CTF -start new round-delete existing flags and place flag points in the crypt-then save map varient. Then for some reason when I play CTF the flags are up top on mid level and just the flag stands are on my map? Someone please help. By the way not a waist of time my map I believe will be liked by many.

If you're trying to setup CTF you need to have both attacking and defending flag spawn and flag return points (the things you're deleting) if you save your map without them somewhere the get replaced back to where they originally were because CTF won't work without them. If you're trying to make a one sided flag game, you don't need to delete the other flag, just make sure it is appropriately labeled as attackers or defenders. If you delete it, it will come back. This is the same for every other game type, you need to have at least one objective piece out for each team, or it will re-appear.

thanks but no thanks. That was not the problem. The problem was that it was set to Symetrical instead of both. No Idea why that mattered though.

I made an obstacle course and I have an idea on how to start a new round when the winner reaches the goal. But I don't know how to do it. I was planning on putting an oddball skull by the goal and set score to win 1. But I have no idea how to place a skull on the map. (I can't find the round plate on wich the skull spawns on)

I've got it fugured out now... : P

    Hey guys.

I just made 2 good racetracks, but I don't want to release them until I can figure out how to make racetracks work on my map and make a perfect little square where the start/finish line is.

Yes, I did do the teleporter thing and the gravlift thing so there is no possible way to walk into it. I just cant figure out how to make the box there.

You gotta change the gametype you're forging to VIP. First, while still in Forge, press Start and go down to Change Gametype. Then, select VIP, and wait for new round. Then, go to the Goals menu in the Forge dropdown menu. Select VIP Destination Point (can't remember the name), and spawn one, press X on it and change it from Cylinder to Box. Adjust the size as needed.
