I require that your video be at least semi serious and have a purpose. It may be for a machinima, montage, map video, or fun video. I don't care. I hope the videos prove useful somehow. Also, please remember I have a life and if I do not capture your video immediatly it is because I am busy with personal things, I will get to you in a proper order. First Come First Serve.

    How it works
how it works is rather simple. There are two ways.
    Option 1
    1. You fill out the application
    2. I review it for acceptance
    3. If I accept it I record it to my Laptop
    4. I then choose the format you selected in the application
    5. I upload it to megaupload.com
    6. and I send you the link via PM for download

    Option 2
    1. You fill ou tthe application
    2. I review it for acceptance
    3. If I acept it I then record it to my Laptop
    4. I then upload it to youtube.com in an MP4

    you stole my idea :(
I have the hauppauge hd pvr.. real good quality, but i can usually only capture small clips.
So i was going to say if people wanted HD clips capturing, they first had to do something for the community like map testing.

If they did 1 hours worth of testing, id put 1 hours worth of capturing/converting/uploading for their clips. if 8 people tested it would probably work out as a minute long clip each. about a 15 minute long clip takes 15 minutes to capture (obv) about 2 and a bit hours to convert and then about 40 - 1 hour 20m upload.

EDIT: Sorry.. missed the main thing... It'll act like Bungie's render to video system with the minutes. The more minutes you earn, the more captures you get. But instead of buying them, or simply waiting for them. You earn them.

but yeah, i was still trying to work out the process.. If your interested in this method too.. let me know
