A map made by my brother and I on Foundry. Please leave suggestions to improve the map. The map: There is a human base and a covenant base. Each base has the opposite weapons of each other. By this, I mean that the human base will have a machine gun turret, while the covenant base has a plasma cannon. There are also vehicles at each base and certain weapons, but the map is well balanced. The weapons: Weapon list coming soon... The gametypes: Various weapons and general map design make this map great for any gametype. I will be adding a custom gametype for this map if requested. The screenshots: None currently. The map looks very wide open in the center, and from the video, most off the walls look like they arent straight, and not very much interlocking going on. The center looks like the side that you started in vid 1 has a better line of sight to take down the opposing team when they try to move sides. also what is the point of vehicles if the map is almost completely enclosed by shield doors? Also welcome to forgehub EDIT: ahhh, i didnt see the 2nd vid, my bad about the vehicle thing Hmm, looks like the spawns you set down aren't quite working right in the first video it shows two people spawning in the same place.
i would suggest to add some cover for the middle, and to change the spawns so people dont spawn in sightlines of eachother
Hmmm.... It seems a little plain. Keep forging and you'll get better, young grasshopper. I recommend at least 5 screenshots or layout of your map.
Looks a little sloppy and for a war map i would suggest sandbox not foundry a list of weapons would also be nice because i cant see how a needler can be equal to any human weapons. Or for that matter a hog, the spectre was removed so ??? A ghost? Sorry im just not liken this one
Ok, I changed some of the weapons, redesigned the covenant base, and generally tidied up the whole map. Download beta 2 in the first post, and give suggestions on the new version.
Well, hate to be the barer of bad news, and the jackass... but there is nothing important about this map. i love how you had alot of effort, you even made a video! nice! But i don't want to working over a lost cause. i cant really decifer what the point of this is.... and no im not saying "never building anything ever again" im just saying, try some new stuff, everyone has a talent for forge. either way this is a great post for a first timer! high-5 4 u
