So Im making an asset map on sandtrap which involves the elephant. The problem is when I start the game the elephant is gone. Can anyone tell me whats wrong? I think it may have something to do with the gametype
Solution: there is no elephant on sandBOX. Problem solved. Seriously though. Your sure your not on sand TARP instead of sandtrap? Edit: nevermind G043R beat me to it
Haha my bad ill fix it... edit it was not sandtarp here is a link to what i downloaded Not likely because when i forged the elephant was there and when i go into customs the players and everything else that spawns on the elephant just fall from the sky.
I'd like to see how you're going to execute Asset on sandtrap. I've seen and played a couple attempts and neither were not very good. Will you be applying a hornet to this as well? Anyways, best of luck man.
Well i finished yesterday but u have to start again ill have some preview shots possibly up by today. The only problem is there is no carbine or fuel rod so i used a beam rifle in place of both. The whole goal is to combine escort and holdout. In the game you must stay in the elephant and go all the way around the circumference of sandtrap. The reason you must stay in the elephant is because the go to point is so high up that you have to jump on the elephant to get there.
dude. sounds actually extremely fun. invite me when you test. and im assuming you got it to work? but yeah, ill test. and the fact that the elephant spawns up high could be just one giant drop pod. jus sayin.
Ill tell you when its time to test but no the elephant doesnt spawn just every thing on the elephant. Ill start over today and make a map preview
I'm not aware the elephant disappears in VIP. You should send me a game invite one forge night I know I can figure it out for you. I'm always one to help see wonderful maps created. I was also writing up a blog the other day about how we should have an asset on standtrap.
Thanks but that won't be nescesary I restarted using the other elephant and this version actually came out better than the first but you can check out the new one tomorrow. I'd love some advice although my mic broke but I'll still be listening to ideas
