I got that message yesterday (November 14, 2009) at about 11:00 PM (on the official Bungie forums over at Bungie.net), and now I'm getting it again this morning. I wish Bungie would remove that stupid topic posting limit on their official forums.
They might be in a different time zone to you so their time of morning might correspond and be slightly different aswell. Whats the thread that you want to post about?
