Check out this screeny I took outside of Heretic. I find it pretty cool. Here's the download link, and there's three other shots simmilar to this in my recent screenshots page. They all make great desktops and stuff.
I believe G043R was suggesting a panoramic for the creator of the screenshot. I don't think Seaboro Kibbles would be too happy if he knew your were going to improve his picture for him. Anyways, great picture man! You're right this would make a good background. If you could do what G043R said and get the whole ship it would be even better.
Go for it, here's a guide: Get a turret up against the window. Either save/quit, have another player hold you on the turret up there, or stalk object and put the turret on them. Make sure the turret's back is snug against the window, and position yourself so you can get on the turret, then look up and go into monitor form. This should push you outside, and you will then die. When this happens make sure you're the only person in the game. Now for the theater step. Have the camera in third person perspective on the moniter before it spontaniously explodes, then press Y to go into flying camera. Let the moniter explode then press pause. Hitting the death barrier in flying camera will usually snap you back to any living player, but since your dead and there's no one else, you should be able to force your way past the screwy sub-kinda-barriers and out into the open in flying camera. Now, I'm not sure how well this panorama will turn out however, theres a few problems I encoutered. The camera's view is behind all the ships that you would see on heretic, but most of them are invisible because your behind them. Also, there is a circle that appears either when your too far away from heretic, or looking a certain direction, witch is usually looking at all the whole fleep... If you could make it work it would probably look pretty killer.
