You need to embed your screenshots of a site other than Bungie.net
Here's the best detailed method of doing it.

 

You can't drag your pictures or copy and paste pictures from Bungie. You have to either upload them yourself through a image hosting website or you can go to haloscreenshots.net and put in your gamertag. They will then show you all your recent screenshots, you can then copy and paste the bb code AKA Forgehub code.
