STORM THE CASTLE a map designed for team slayer. up to 16 playersthe map has two offensive bases with sniper towers 1 active camo 2 portable grav lifts mongooses for a speedy assault and and man cannon to launch into the castle. other then the two snipers there are no weapons in the offense bases as the people in the castle should have the advantage. the has cat walks all around the walls to easily navigate the perimeter. there is a sniper hole where the sniper spawns and a sword tunnel and a shotgun tunnel both multiple entrances to prevent camping also there is a cove where the rockets spawn. at the top of the central tower is a room for final stands against invaders in the back corners left or right of the castle are grav lift chutes for access from the ground level to the upper levels of the castle. the front gate is made of crates with lots of explosives behind them so the the attackes can literally blow the gate wide open ps you'll notice the lack of interlocking i can explain that every time set the objects not to spawn at the start they would spawn anyway and it wouldn't let me touch them if you know why that i'd like to know ty rocketcove ^ download and tell me what think http://www.bungie.net/forums/posts.aspx?h3fileid=31163917 also this is my first map post so please if I'm doing anything wrong tell me
I am assuming that you had the minimum for that object above 1 (probably in your case it is set at the maximum). Then when you set it not to appear at the beginning of the round it will anyway because it will need to have the minimum of that object on the map.
For your first posted map this looks really good! It all looks so neat, and theres not even any interlocking. It looks really fun and great to play. Great job! ~SS
Looks alright. I really liked that last pic. You might want to move it to the top as an eye cathcer but it doesn't really show the map so...
This map looks really neat, I like the idea of raiding the castle and "blowing the gate open" as you said. The only suggestion i can think of is to interlock the castle walls/floors. Your map already looks precise and accurate with your scenery placements, so interlocking them shouldnt be too much of a hassle. Great job man!
