I find the background doesn't have much to do with it.. It seems as though it was a last minute desperate attempt to make it more interesting, and it didn't work...

^^ Holy ****, I'm starting to sound like my graphic design teacvher!

Okay, maybe I should've explained this a little more:

    A) I live in Hong Kong
    B) Hong Kong's colors are red and white
    C) I just hope I don't need to explain the text...

    Did that clear anything up?

Well, that's not really what's wrong here. See, it's overly simple, there isn't much of anything interesting going on here. The colors are nice, sure, but since you live in Hong Kong, why not find an image of the city and edit that? Maybe add a person in there and such. I suggest changing it, add something more interesting.

Believe me, every time I try making an elaborate sig it turns out really really crappy. I can't find any easy to understand tutorials cuz I have photoshop elements 4.0 and all the tutorials I find are for the new versions.

So it's either I leave it at that, or I screw it over with a bunch of weird effects that don't flow together at all.
