Do you want a ForgeHub Featured Maps Playlist?

Yeah, that would be cool, but highly unlikely to happen in my point of view. Maybe for a DoubleEXP weekend, but I dont see it as a permanent one.
MLG is just much more important than FH right now, and there's no denying that.
Forge Hub would need to get waaay better to be at MLG level, even though i like it already as it is.

I for one think its definitely possible, as long as ForgeHub grows to a large enough size, just look at MLG, they've got their own playlist. Considering how much bungie are still contributing to forge, with the new maps etc., I'm sure any new playlist featuring new maps will at the very least have someone at ForgeHub consulting them

yea its possible. LOL, wait, 10,000 ppl aint enough? no, prob at 20,000... or 50... anyway, itd be sick. Theyd pick maybe 20 or so featured maps and their gametypes and then playing the playlist randlomly gives u one and there u go...

It's a cool idea but very, VERY unlikely to happen at the present time. I don't see forge hub as the biggest group out there. Remember, MLG was here for 5 years begging to have a playlist. And they know everything about gameplay.

Here we know everything about forge and forging maps that have good gameplay.

Hmm, we should team up with MLG once lol.

 

Bungie knows that it would be a good idea.
My guess, is they'll do it as a DoubleEXP Weekend event to test its appeal. Then, if it does well, they might implement it as a Community Playlist.

 

It would be a great playlist but how big should teams be? 4? 5? i would go with five since it most likely would be social

I doubt we are really that important to merit a playlist. MLG is just special.

 

Forge is an entirely new section of a game, and if Bungie was smart they would make this playlist to make forge twice as popular as it already is. FH featured maps would be perfect because you are guaranteed quality maps, as Forge Hub is the top site for forge out there. I think this would be great as a new playlist.

 

Forge hub is a new halo community right now in order for Bungie to give us a play list we would need to get more noticed.

Forge Hub may not be as widely known as MLG, but forge is an all new addition to the game. There should at least be a playlost with all forge maps, and what better place to get them than Forge Hub. Bungie has obviously recognized Forge Hub as a quality forge site, FH even competed in a Humpday. The playlist could just be called Forge, which could consist of some FH maps along with other good community maps that are well known.

 

I love the idea of a Forge playlist but not a Forge Hub one. Many other communities would feel left out and wouldn't have an opportunity to make maps that could be played on MM unless they joined Forge Hub. This would result in many new members spamming the maps section and bumping their maps, so they could have their map on MM. I think what should/is going to happen is Bungie is going to make a Forge playlist, so it isn't specific to Forge Hub and end up taking mainly Forge Hub maps. MLG could also be a contributor too because they have a lot of great competitive maps on their site, even though they are all so damn similar.
