Okay so I didn't know where to post this but I recently made a map with a very dark environment and the red and blue orbish lights marking the holdout areas. At first it looked sweet and helped the humans out in seeing the zombies but whenever more than 5 players play the light from the orb disappears which makes it to dark for the humans to effectively fight... any suggestions?
nope they are set to spawn it is weird. If I play with only a couple people it works and if I play with around 5 or more they fail... lol I'm not sure I tried deleting them and respawning them in forge so Idk how to handle it Sorry to double post so fast but the light shows up as being there but with more than 5 people it is very dim and only lights up its exact occupied space instead of emitting light
If you play splitscreen, one of the sacrifices the game makes so it can render everything twice is the lighting effects. If you're not on splitscreen, I don't know what to tell you, they should work just the same no matter how many people.
EDIT: ^^^^ Yeah this is right. Make sure you only have 1 person palying on the TV. I thought your problem was that the lights didnt spawn.
dang! lol when I have 2 player split screen and no one else it worked but your probably right once you get so many people and try to have two players on a screen it probably messes with it. Thanks for the quick responses quick question what if I am the host and only have one screen but a friend of mine has someone on their xbox playing? will the game make the sacrifice in rendering?
