Err. Download WinRAR, Install it. Then Extract it using WinRAR and then you will find the .exe entitled HaloHub.exe.
yea, so i understand everyone elses problem wit the lag. i played on here for a acouple days(as u know killor118) working wonderfully, a small lag maybe once or twice(restarting the program worked) and now its lagging really bad. Server running slowly?
