Two intersecting jumps make for epic collisions, snipes, and close calls while two obstacles on a straightaway make for useful cover. Games usually last around 10 minutes with 32 second lap times. The map requires use of the Battle Snipes gametype so that mongooses going over the jump aren't taken out of the air eaisily because of BR spray. Tensions get high as the layout and design of the map provide for neck-to-neck games. Weapons: Plasma Rifle x 1 - Not placed at start - 45 seconds Plasma Grenade x 1 - Not placed at start - 180 seconds Beam Rifle x 1 - Not placed at start - 150 seconds Incendiary Grenades x 2 - Not placed at start - 60 seconds Trip Mine x 1 - Not placed at start - 180 seconds The trip mine and plasma grenades are the two most valuable assets, and if used correctly, they can be used to turn a game around at the last second. lolwut? 12 pieces of the entire track are placed on the floor of the skybubble. Not including the spawn, there's 9. I'm confused. And you haven't even played the map.
There are a few bumps, but the jumps work very well, and it plays great with Battle Snipes. A fun track.
with the huge man cannon jump do you have to hit it front on because i think if you hit it from the side you would bassically go out of contol merging is real good a few bumps here and there but you have a lot more patience then me so you would be a lot better at race tracks then me.
not bad. Good even turns, but a little short. Patience is key when it comes to forging, so make it a little longer next time. Other than that it looks fun.
Yer, very bumpy. Overview 2, the wall T's on the right arnt strait, but what am I to complain. I cant merge like that! (Im praticing)
Those T walls were placed like that on purpose. If you're new to racetracks, you wouldn't know this, but tracks include parts like that to allow things that wouldn't normally be possible, such as an upward corkscrew. Had the walls not been off-cambered like that, the bank would have to be much wider in order to accomplish the same thing. Doing that is simply a way to make turning faster and more efficient.
Its great that this map is not getting the credit it deserves. there is not one bump on the track. ( its called an off cambered turn?) the only person here who i bet has ever made a map better than this is Shaddo. and then people ask if you hit a jump facing sideways will you go out of control? obviously? do you really expect somebody to make a jump where you land perfectly 100% of the time? this map plays extremely well and the whole "hotwheels" feeling of the intersecting jumps make it more entertaining than any other racetrack i've seen recently. But, what am i supposed to do when a new member gets angry and says that a 32 second track with smooth turns, perfect cover and one of the longest jumps in halo 3 racing sucks. I'm not a mod. its not as if i can use a magical remote to make stupid people more intelligent. (no offense to any of you who made pointless posts)

This actually looks perfect. The man cannon jump is amazing and the entire track looks unique. I played battlesnipes with a few friends the other day and the gameplay was insanely good. Also, it never got boring! Great job and I really look forward to future maps!
