I used to be on Forge Hub for everyday for at least two hours, but that was before I found that there was better ways to use time. I'll admit to still playing video games, but not in my "work mode" that I would have to be in to get maps finished. Trust me, making maps are not like riding a bicycle. I did not necessarily forget how to make maps, I just forgot how much time and effort it takes to get one finished.
For those of you who recognize me and wonder where I have been, I have recently taken up acting and singing. Yes, your eyes do not deceive you. This year, my senior year, I made the school production of the play "Kiss Me Kate" as a minor speaking and singing role. It's very fun but EXTREMELY time consuming.
I still play some Xbox including Borderlands as of recent. Im a level 26 soldier so hit me up if you want to play some. I also have an iPhone and I am waiting on Eliminate by ngmoco. If you want to play an ngmoco game or any iPhone game my ngmoco name is "MealonX" and my openfeint name is "Jensen09." Well I'll see you all later if Halo Reach has a map maker.

I know what you mean by time consuming. I used to have all the time in the world before college hit. I'm finishing up my final maps right now and then I'm off into the world. It's kinda a sad thing to think about, leaving behind everything. Anywho, I wish you luck in finishing up your map.

Dude we're in perfectly opposite situations.
I haven't made a map for a long while because it was too time consuming and I had to commit more time to my school's theater productions. But this year, my senior year, I didn't make it into the show. So now I have quite a bit of time to kill and have started up forge again.

I know what you mean about being apart of drama. I just got finished with a production last week, one that I was filming a promo video for the week previous (its the biggest production of the year) since my friend was in the play. As a joke, he said that I would make a perfect "Dennis", who was a egotistical and crazy playwright with a minor role. So, they gave me the monologue and I had fun acting it out. Well, the person who had the role of Dennis never showed to a single rehearsal (in the end, 8 weeks total), and a week before the premier he finally said that he quit. Somewhat reluctantly, the drama teacher cast me in the part instead, and so for that week I stayed at school an extra 5 hours daily, not counting the actual shows. Now I'm starring in a 3-part Edgar Allen Poe play, cast as Usher for Poe's "House of Usher", with this being only my second time doing any acting of the sort. There is also a very good likelihood that the first play (Loving Lives) will go onto a state competition.

So, bragging about my excellence aside, I know exactly what you mean. It is very fun, and very time consuming, but it draws you back over and over again regardless.

Hey! You're on my friends list.. I remember playing with you and Halostriker a couple times, but I rarely see you on now-a-days.. Anywho, hope to see you on sometime and good luck with the whole acting and singing stuff.
