to get into the Halloween spirt I went and carved me a pumpkin on sandbox. The inspiration came from an ICarly episode yesterday while I was sick from school, nothing better to do I made a pumpkin. I actually plan on reshaping it a bit and make 1v1 map out of it, maybe, before Saturday morning

So I give you my Jack o' Lantern, I call him Steve.

I just wanted to show you how circular-ish it is cause I was pretty proud of that

Well thats it, not much else to look at the back on the inside is impressive, but the back on the outside...... yah its kinda hideous

Wish me luck on completing the rest of the map like I hope to.

hmmm. very original. it may be hard to make it into a 1v1 map as the walls and such are a bit sloppy. did you use the ghost merge glitch? and how much money do you have left on it? add a link too or this post is gonna get locked up reeeal quick.

This a a very... interesting map! It's a good idea but I don't see very many games getting done on it! But i like the Hollows Eve Spirit!

It isn't perfect, but it is really good and this is pretty unique. Nobody that I can remember has made a jack o' lantern.
I don't think he can make a 1v1 map because there is very little budget, there are killballs, and it is too confined.
It's under aesthetics for a reason.
And why is his name Steve (Steve the jack o'lantern WTF?)
    I vote for Jake

I already said its an unlimited budget map and I only made the kilballs so you can see the cut out of his mouth, there arent going to be part of the 1v1 map, and just watch me make it. I'll show you.

O and I just named him Steve out of randomness no real thought to it, call him whatever you want, be creative.

Well, I think it is great. I don't know how easy it would be to make an actual map out of it, but I doubt it would work. It was clever of you to add the killballs as a candle. Overall, a great aesthetic map. How much money do you have left on this map anyway? 9/10

Also, to all you who have a problem with the shape, let me just say something here. How many of you have ever seen a PERFECTLY shaped pumpkin before?

This is a pretty cool idea dude, executed pretty well too. If you do plan on reshaping it and making it as circular as possible, I suggest you spawn a hill marker and elongate it and place it above the center of the pumpkin so that it forms a perfect cylinder. This will give you a base to forge the sphere off of that is visible yet won't interfere with your item placement since it isn't solid. Happy Halloween, and happy forging!

Well I'll be, this is pretty good looking and very original. Some one should make a chief helm on a pumpkin... If its even possible... none the less great job!

I support your making of a 1v1 map with this!

Now, I am only judging by the pictures and what you said in the post, because my download cue is filled, but here goes nothing.

You said you would make a 1v1 map around this, and you also said that the back of the pumpkin wasnt very good looking, so why not go for a win-win? You could seperate the outside of the back of the pumpkin with a wall, but still make it possible to get inside the pumpkin through the mouth. This way the supposedly not-so-great back of the pumpkin is out of view, and you can still use the inside of it! *exclaims with joy

I know that what I am posting is a simple concept, but I was overjoyed at the thought of a 1v1 map with a jack-o-lantern center.

Oh, and I vote on Pete for its name.
