The text has a cool concept, but it isn't the right placement for this type of art piece. Change the text/move it a bit closer to the focal and change the size so it doesn't take all the attention away.
meh text isnt great.. but my biggest problem with the sig is how the light reflection on the spartan is blue while the sword is (mostly) red. if you get an orange-reddish colour and brush it over the blue parts, then set the blending mode to "colour" you might get what you want
Oh ok, thanks. I'll work on that now. Alright, V3 V4 And here's with gradient mask on soft light and the changes.... Which one's better? ?
Your horns are out of place because they look like triangles. Try sketching out a model with paper and pencil. I think you'll find that horns take on the shape of diamonds, like the card. Well, one end is significantly longer, but the point is that horns do not have a flat bottom, it will either be curved to fit the head or kinda of pointy on the bottom depending on the perspective. Also, the red glow from the sword should cause the 'back' of the horns to blend in with the helmet. That should make the horns look more believable. They definitely can't be embossed on the bottom, I think you're going to have to shade it from scratch to make it work.
