    Welcome!
This is O.M.S. aka ODSTs, Medics, and Spartans. This is a special kind of game that won't allow you to kick ass while your in the midst of battle like all other games, yet O.M.S will encounter quite a bit of change in stats, but still having the same concept. Let me show you some information about the game before you go right into the battlefield.

    Gameplay
Here is how the game works... it is VIP, but plays just like slayer. Get 50 kills and you win, simple right? Well that's when your right and wrong at the same time. The concept is simple but the only way to win this game is cooperation, without it, you got nothing. Here are the stats on each unit of class.

    ODSTs
This is the class you will start as in the beginning of the game, but only 2 soldiers will become special units. ODSTs are very fragile and will die quickly in a couple of shots if not careful. Their shields (aka: Stamina) will not recharge and must deal with it. The ODSTs are a bit stronger than the Medics, but they do lack on defense, so use cooperation to take an advantage!

    Medics
The VIP will always be the Medical Trooper (Medic). They are just like ODSTs, except their stamina can recharge by 50% and they are a bit tough to kill, but what lacks is in offence. You do a bit weaker than the ODSTs do, but Medics are mostly for Support and coverfire. There will be another consequence to becoming a Medic, you will be one of the main targets to kill.

    Spartans
The Spartans are only obtained when a player is dropped spawned into one. Spartans are the toughest unit in the game, but if used poorly, consider yourself dead. Custom power-ups are everywhere on the map above. Spartans hit harder, run faster, jump higher and has radar, but their boosted shields don't regenerate, unless you're with a Medic. There are chances that Medics can become Spartans (Medical Spartans) if dropped spawned. When being a spartan, use it wisely for you only have 90 seconds, or you die.

    Scoring
How scoring works is a bit different, but not a whole lot. Here is how it works:

ODST kills ODST = 1 point
ODST kills Medic = 1 point
ODST kills Spartan = 1 point
Medic kills ODST = 1 point
Medic kills Medic = 2 points
Medic kills Spartan = 1 point
"Spartans are the same as ODST's"

Well here are the pics, they're not much but they are only specifically made for this gametype.

Hope you guys like the game, we put pretty good effort on making this come true, and happy killing!

By the way, if anyone is wondering why everyone has OVERSHIELDS, we put that there so that we could tell if there was an injured marine or they were fine, plus so that you can see them easier from a distance.

Due to the fact of limited pictures, I can't really show you all the pics, but if you want to see the whole thing, either Download it or go to this site:

Please separate your maps into different threads. They still appear to go well with other gametypes, however, I do not understand the way you have set the scoring.

Why should he seperate his maps? That would just clog the forums and create a hassle for him. Map packs are a good way to show a gametype along with variations on the maps it can be played on so that people can switch from map to map and not get bored with the gametype.

As for the post, it looks like a fun gametype, although class-type gametypes have been done numerous times. It seems slightly different as it is not simply "protect the medic," but rather, the other players have classes as well.

The maps look fun and well-designed given the tools that Bungie provided for the pre-DLC maps. I like the use of barriers as actual cover, and not randomly strewn decoration, and the barrel barrier on sandtrap. The centerpiece on Standoff also looks great except for the strange "bunkers" on the right sides (?).

The whole scoring chart doesn't seem necessary, as you could have simply said something along the lines of: "Every kill is worth one point, except when a medic kills another medic, which provides the killing team with two points."
