Vortex is a realitively small racetrack forged in the crypt. I did this by myself, and it is my first double wide track. I am proud of the result, as it is very smooth and a fun battletrack. I don't have a lot to say other than what i have, so ill just get to the photos. I haven't seen a good race map in the crypt yet, and even tough short this course seems flawlessly merged and looks like fun! Definitely a DL from me.
Really, Phenomenal? I have seen PLENTY of great racing maps in the crypt, and this definitely joins the list. I like that idea of having the tilded straight area. Unique, but simple. Great job there, Mega Snipes.
Tell me if im wrong but it looks like youve got alot left to use on from that budget. I think its one of the better race tracks but it would stand out alot more if you used the rest of the budget on something like aesthetics or adding an extra bit on
There are some excessive lights. The red lights are no big deal, but the glowing purple light behind the mongeese (or mongooses) is unecessary. As far as the blue light, try to make it a little dimmer by adding distance or something. I'd recommend moving it under the teleporters so it light 2 straights blue. The bowl turn is new, congrats. Very cool race map, shading is quite unfair on your part, wish there was something you could do but... yeah, good map. I at first wondered about the killball, but it's completely useful. I'd give it a 4/5 for a racing course.
i love the actual layout, the giant drop is pretty unique and isnt seen a whole lot. Its not the neatest map ever, but it makes up for that in the layout.
Great except it appears some places could be jumped over. People just love to cheat so put some railings on.
You can quite clearly see in the last picture that you can simply drop off onto the wall double and wall t turn and maybe even on the frst section of the drop off, swerve to the left and land on the other portion. Looks really cool though, a few of the objects are not forged to perfection but the lines of sight were great considering it is forged compactly into the crpyt. Good job, 4/5
NICE Pretty awesome i dl'ed it and it is smooth as they get. By far my favorite part is the begging leaving the starting point in to that awesome first drop!!!
