The air is still, stinking of death and all that can be heard is the constant dripping...

    Storyline:
I started this map a while back after having the idea for it springing into my mind. I was working hard on it for a couple of weeks when suddenly I lost motivation. Soon, I had Halo 3: ODST and all thought towards this map was lost. It was only when I finished ODST and started getting bored that I decided to return to this and finish it off.

I have tried to make it look as though this map is part of a bigger building or world that you cant access. There are doorways that are blocked off but seem to lead somewhere. I hope doing this has added a nice to touch to my map and made it a bit more unique to the thousands of other maps on forgehub.

    Gameplay:
-Suitable for 'Save one Bullet' or similar infection games.
-Best played with 6 to 14 players

Overview (as best as I could get it as this is meant to be an enclosed map).

I hope you enjoy this map as much I enjoyed forging. I don't think I'll be making another map for a while so I hope this is a good map to finish - for now - on.
This map has also been submitted the Hub of the Dead.

This map looks nicely done. The lighting effects suit the map well. I can tell you spent lots of time on this map. I hope it does well in "Hub of the Dead" :)

I like the map, and how you forged it, but I think that if you built on to it a little it could easily be a great team slayer map. 4/5

Yayz! You took my suggestion of using only blue lights, at least from what I see in the pictures. Good job, this contest is really getting some interesting entrants which all look awesome... I just hope my map can keep up with them.

    Ill dl when I'm home.

I played this map with some friends, and it felt very spooky, and very engrossing. It was as if the entire scene had leapt straight out of a horror film, and it was chilling. The aesthetics work perfectly, really giving the map a larger scaled feeling, as if you are really trapped.

But that's the thing. I want a larger scale map than this. The entire map felt way too small. We'd be running from zombie spawn, onyl to be met with endless blocked-off doors. I won't complain about the pipes, which send you to an untimely demise, because it was hilarious to watch people fall down them.

Don't get me wrong, everything look superb, but if it were just brick walls instead of barricaded rooms, the same critisism would still stand. If the maps wasn't being constructed to stand out in a crowd, I would say the aesthetics are just to distract from a very small & linear map.

Next, the zombies only spawn in one place. While this looks splendid, and feels like a real sewer, it led to awful camping issues when we played. Even with the last man, as long as he could pump out one shotgun bullet, he was safe.

Put simply.I think the gameplay suffered greatly because of the amount of work you put in to make it beautiful. I'm being brutally honest because you are a fantastic forger. That is obvious from Storm Water. But you can create a better map if you focus your skills on making it more playable beforehand.

Again, it isn't a bad map, but I think it is let down by the gameplay factor.

The map is really well built and looks great, but it is pretty simplistic in terms of layout, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. One complaint I do have is how easy it is to spawn camp the zombies, especially if you're playing in gametypes where the zombies have no shields. Either way, it's definitely one of the best looking maps submitted so far.
