Ok, I am sorry for posting what might turn out to be a completely question.

But do open containers from last resort always disappear when you do the blimp glitch on them, or is there a way around that? And if there is a way around it, I wish bungie would make a map with more open containers available.

It may seem useless but I have some really cool ideas if those 2 things became possible. Scenery vehicles would be an awesome result (I think) from those 2 simple changes.

I would try to find an answer on my lonesome, but I don't have halo 3 or a 360 because were not economically fit to buy it.

I was totally confused when you said blimp glitch... I actually had to do a google to find out. Anyways, there's no way to work around it because open containers are movable objects, meaning that they will dissapear and respawn after a while when it's moved.

=( I'm sad again... Well there are still plenty of other people who can comment. I'm wondering if there is a glitch that might cause something but Idk...

U should try longshore since the open containers are immovable but i dont know if your ideas were only for last resort...

How in the world would I do the blimp glitch on an immovable container...

I am getting the hint that your saying that they are immovable on longshore right?

But as far I know, the only reason the blimp glitch worked in the first place was because the container on last resort is movable.

And I looked into object dummying, but it only makes immovable objects movable for the round you do it on.

They're called double/single boxes open on longshore, which are immouvable. And I think if you dummy the open box, it'll be useable for even less time than on last resort. The funnest thing to do with double boxes on longshore is log rolling :D

I am finding so many things wrong with that post. For one, I asked this same question on youtube vid and I got the reply that the dummied objects are only movable for the round you dummy it on. This was only one reply so I am not sure it is reliable.

Besides that "it'll be usable for even less time than on last resort", I am assuming that means it disappears even faster... The thing I am asking for is a way to stop it from disappearing all together and constantly...

Well, it seems completely unrealistic, I wanna make a controllable mobile scarab that is able move around using multiple areas where you do the blimp glitch. If not that I would try a mongoose or chopper. I think a giant chopper would be epic to drive around.

****, sorry. I was at school when I was typing this and I was in a rush :p
    Let me correct everything.

Okay, so you can get objects to do the glitch while dummied, but it'll be there for even less time than it would be on last resort, before it despawns. And yes, it'll only be like that for the round you dummy it on. When it dissapears, you'll have to start new round and dummy the object all over again, which is kind of a hassle to do.

The last part... completely unrealistic, brew.

Hmm.... Well I guess I would have to look for a completely new solution. But I don't think I will give up on this until I actually have halo 3 and can try to find a solution on my own. Its nothing to do with me loving a halo 3 or anything, just a part of my "must accomplish this..." personality.
