Twice, on endure, someone quit on the fourth set. Three times on annual, someone quit when the ship was in sight. Once on Deja Vu someone quit. Twice on Deja Vu someone got in a warthog. What triggers people to do this? Why does Bungie hate me?
Get better friends. I can't believe you care that much for an Armor Permutation that a large number of people now have claimed.
Just try to remember that if you aren't doing it primarily for the challenge or social enjoyment, that microsoft is achieving its aims in planting a compulsion within you to play for the sake of it. My recommendation is to do what you enjoy, and it sounds like you could do with a break. Maybe you could spend an evening sketching out some map designs, or whatever else takes your fancy that you put off to play firefight this past week.
Buddy, don't hate the game, hate the player. Everything you stated had to do with a friend of yours leaving. Game's fault? i think not.
This may or may not help, but by the time you get Recon, everyone else will have it. According to my brain, at least one person gets recon every 2 minutes.
Nor is it the developers. That's my biggest pet peeve. People placing the blame on the wrong person/thing. All of those problems are social issues. I'd suggest, either play by yourself for a while or take a step back all together. Taking a step back will help keep your interested in Halo for longer because you aren't gonna burn yourself out. It'll also help you get better. I've often taken breaks, come back, and have gained several levels in a playlist and kept it up.
I've lost my will to play Halo 3 for some reason. It happens every time some new awesome games are about to be released. Also, you need all six(or seven) vidmasters to unlock recon right? So I have to do annual?!?!?
I don't have the origin Halo 3 disk, and I never got Annual. YOU have the chance to actually get teh Recon chest (which is the only one I want). Seriously, there's people just like me out there, stop being such a brat. You been spoiled, don't need to be a brat. I don't mean to sound mean, but that's how it is.
