If so, may I suggest a high score list for all difficulties?
No because your score will rise faster if you are on a harder difficulty, you can play on easy if you want, it's just going to make it a helluva lot longer. A highscore for all difficulties would just be too much. I'm sticking with the current system, if a score is higher, it replaces the old one.
