DOWNLOAD MAP: http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=19685763 "Additions to this UNSC Arctic station were unexpectedly cut short by the Covenant invasion of Earth. 4-12 players" I just started playing around with building new platforms and it turned out to be a pretty good new addition and new base and Flag spawn for CTF, etc. The idea of 'construction' comes from the base looking like the foundations of a new unfinished section. Pics: Apart from moving the BR from BR tower to the top of the new base and moving the Plasma Pistol inside the base the rest of the maps weapons have been untouched. Equipment however has been removed. Enjoy!
No offense or anything, but this map appears to be more of a novelty than anything else. "ZOMG, I gots teh firstest Blackout map!!!!!!!!!one" It looks as though some work went into it, but not a lot. Though, albeit, you did have pictures.
I know what your saying but that isn't really it, I was just testing something out in forge, seeing how I could do extra sections and such, I'm sure a few others did something similar, but after a while it turned out pretty good so I just cleaned it up a bit a decided to post it, as little taster of what's possible. I probably wouldn't have normally, but with Bungie pro I've got plenty of space on my fileshare.
I bet we'll see quite a few more Blackout maps in the near future so congrats on the first one I've seen.
