Tower Defense

    Well, i'm working on a map that is inspired by the classic computer "tower defense" genre. It's on sandbox, and so far so good. One human starts up on a platform where he can choose to go to one of 4 towers. The zombies spawn in a starting area where they are safe from early fire. The rest of the humans spawn in a box, too high to jump out of, until a custom powerup spawns. This powerup only lasts 10 secs, and allows the humans to jump out of the box into the teleporter. That teleporter takes you to the initial area where the first human spawned. The custom powerup spawns 30 sec into the game, and consistently spawns every 30 sec. The goal for the zombies is to make it to the end of the maze, where there is a teleporter that also links to the the initial spawn platform. From there, the zombies can swiftly eliminate all remaining humans. Just so you know, all teleporters are two-ways so humans can easily change towers, and zombies can eliminate all humans in any tower.

    All right, i have the map and gametype pretty much wrapped up. It isn't the best forging job, kinda a quick fix for a game with friends, but it does use some merging in the towers.
    Here is the overwiew:
    Zombies spawn in one of two y intercept tunnels which lead throughout a maze. When they make it halfway, they encounter a shield door lined with pallets, kinda a help to the humans. When they break through this, the final stretch lies ahead. If they make it to the end, they fall into the crypt where a teleporter puts them in the human spawn.
    Humans: one lone human starts out on the floor. He can choose to go into what tower he wants, and mancannons allow easy accesibility to all towers. If the human makes it 30 sec, a custom powerup will spawn where the other humans are contained, whoever grabs it first, is free. They jump out of the box and into a teleporter which takes them to the ground floor. Eventually zombies get an overshield power up, kinda like a boss zombie. Also an ivisibility spawns and the humans must survive for 3 min, to win...

    Actually, I can see this working. It needs a bit of tweaking, sure, but I like it. My idea is that the humans pick up various weapons in each tower. I know you are already using the custom powerup, but you could us that to enable weapon pckup for at least a few seconds, then get the weapon for that tower. Post this and work on it, though! Good ideas!
