This should be in Gaming Discussion, not Customer Service. Customer Service is only for help with things relating to the site.

    Moved to gaming discussion.

120Hz is simply frame interpolation, and since the 360 only outputs at a maximum refresh rate of 60Hz, you'll see no benefit from running your TV at 120Hz. If you have the option of regrading to a 60Hz display on your TV, I'd recommend turning 120Hz off. The lag is caused by the extra processing required by the TV to produce a 120Hz picture, so if there's a 'Gaming Mode' or something of that sort, which should turn off any other unnecessary image enhancements, try enabling that also.

Do you have an Xbox elite or just regular xbox?

Consider getting a VGA cable if your Xbox doesn't support HDMI.

Matty, my Arcade supports HDMI, it's just a matter of how new it is.

I've heard of this problem before, from the MLG forums (I don't visit the site, someone once linked it here). So, after a bit of looking, I found this:

If you have a Samsung the "game mode" is right in the menus it's really easy. What brand of TV do you have? I know the Sony's also have a "game mode" feature. Although it looks pretty crappy compared to the Samsung "game mode"
