I think this is kinda wrong at some parts...
You should definitely be spending at least two weeks with one style. That will give you time to master that style. When that is done try a new style and if you like it, master that. Soon you will have perfected a bunch of styles and you will be able to apply them all two one project or something like that.
So I think it's a bad idea to encourage people to do a different style too often which is kind of what you're doing.

Help, I'm coming off of Jugg's style! I need more to feed my addiction.

 

People are using OTHER people's styles. Thats where you are wrong. Pig and Jug SHOULD continue their style, others should just move on.

Yeah, that's right, people also shouldn't copy others styles, come up with something new is what I meant and keep at that.

 

I dunno, I know I had a blast goofing around with that style, and so did a lot of people. No one meant badly, but it was fun. As far as I know, Jugg and Pigglez weren't offended, and I know that if it was me I would have felt honored that so many people liked the style enough to replicate it. Copying people is a sign of respect and admiration for what they did.

@Pigglez and Jugg, was it fun seeing everyone make sigs after your tutorials? Were you offended in some way?

 

Honestly, I don't see what the issue is. So a new tutorial for a great style has been created. It'd be stupid not to try it out. Sure, people's sigs all look the same, but you can't develop and adapt a tutorial into your own style in the space of a day.

 

Well, as they say imitation is another form of flattery. I just never thought it would take off like this, I'm quite surprised. Honestly it hasn't gotten annoying to me, but I do like most of the outcomes. They're really awesome.
