ICE! havent seen you in a while.. at least i think.. first thing i notice is the blue BG. it looks good near the render, but on the left side it looks bad. like you tried to make mist? the effects are all right.. if interesting.. not sure what else to say.. its a different sig.. im not sure if i really like it
I've been doing a bunch of lps lately, most of them fails or near fails. Either way, I hate fence riders.
The focal is too bright (his face). And seems to blend in too much. The blue isn't my favorite either, it looks strange with the rocks on the left and right. Actually it all looks quite blended, it's not your best I would have to say. Sorry. =/
God, not vibrant halo stocks?! Get with the times, Ice. It's slightly odd seeing the focal image as transparent as this, and I'm having trouble understanding what is going on. I have to say that, at face value, the depth is superb.
I think that this would look a whole look better if the render was full opacity. I know that was the style you went for in this, but i don't think it works, I really like the effects and the lighting and the depth in the second is good too.
OK, because of the render being not fully visible (you know what i mean. . .) other parts of the signature become more important, and my eyes are left darting a bit to find something that is the most important. Also, i think that in this type of signature the render needs to be full, and at the front. This is my opinion, you know what is best for your signature.
I have followed some of the cnc, however what he is suggesting I remove is what I went for in the sig.
Yup, the seemingly transparent render thing is Ice's secret technique that she wrote a tutorial for, but no one got it even after reading the tutorial, so it's still a secret. Personally, I'm not a fan of it, but w/e.
