      Check out the USER CP thing near the top, its in white letters, first on the left. Check there out, and it shows all your latest infractions, and when they expire.

      Because, you were probably warned for doing something, which takes away your privelages of certain things, in my case, i spammed once, which got me warned,which took away my privelages of polls for a while. Just wait a bit, hopefully it should all be back to normal again soon enough.:)
