Ok, so first point and most important is that you are NOT, under any circumstances, allowed to create a new account to get around perm infractions. What on earth would be the point of infracting and bans if people were just allowed to create new accounts? I'm afraid I'm going to have to ban this one, proxy's for the sake of avoiding infraction consequences=immediate ban of the proxy.

On the note of why you have those infractions, I looked through and can see the post that, I'd guess, you're talking about when you say your friends got your password. This is only one infraction out of over 4 pages which you yourself warranted, I looked at the posts and they were just plain spam, clearly not friends trying to screw with your account. This is the way it's gotta be I'm afraid, you'll have to live without a sig on your old account. However, if you'd like a name change on that account then let me know and I'll try and sort that out for you.
