1. RIP Sentinel Beam and more weapon changes...

    If you've been playing this map recently, you know an update is overdue...I’ve been modifying this map quite bit to improve the gameplay experience and bring it more in line with 343 standards. After several tests, I have removed the glitched sentinel beam (AKA the “Sound of Silence”) from the map in order to properly balance the weapons.

    I knew this day would come, as the custom weapon was always a novelty. RIP Sentinel Beam. It will live on forever in our hearts and in this prefab I made. The time we had together was precious.

    In addition to removing the twin jewels beam, I’ve made an number of changes to the weapon set. Here’s a comparison:

    Old Setup:

    Twin Jewels Sentinel Beam
    Damage Boost
    Scattershot
    Closed Fist
    2 splinter grenades
    2 plasma grenades
    2 SMGs

    New Setup:

    Dying Star in place of the Twin Jewels
    Scattershot in place of the Damage Boost
    Standard Sentinel Beam in place of the Scattershot
    2 Tactical Magnums
    2 Splinter Grenades
    4 Plasma Grenades
    2 Frag grenades

    I’ve also made a number of aesthetic tweaks including rebuilding some forerunner pro pieces with primitives and decreasing the number of visible boundaries in the center light beam so that it’s easier to see when you are inside.
