For those of you who know me and/or follow me regularly, you'd know that the Forerunner pallet is an area of strength and great passion for me. As with all my Halo maps, I'm always excited to try something new while still truly keeping it Halo. Warmonger is my first ever human UNSC map and was certainly quite the challenge as I had to learn a new discipline and very much learn how to Forge again- in a new way of course. I created Warmonger specifically for the ATN, community made gametype: Extermination. While Warmonger is built for the fast-paced play the gametype has to offer, I certainly didn't build it without versatility in mind.
Warmonger should serve as a comfortable Doubles experience as well. Thematically, the map represents an off-world special weapons supply depot and hangar bay which of course is the deployment place of the WARMONGER pelican. So if you decide to take a look at the map (which I'd greatly appreciate) you'll see that I customized and outfitted the pelican with an array of ballistics, explosives, and firing mechanisms around the nose of the vehicle. The rest of the map, of course, sports the look of heavy human industry, and a launch atrium for the pelican! I hope you enjoy playing on it as much as I did building it.
