Vantage is a remake of TLMP High Ground (http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=5254), which takes inspiration from Halo 3's High Ground. As such, the basics of High Ground (H3)'s gameplay is similar: One team gets the base, while the other team gets the shoreline. What sets gameplay apart though is the scale of the map; High Ground (H3) is large enough to accommodate larger vehicles (and is more complex in structure), while TLMP High Ground/Vantage is smaller and has a singular vehicle, a Ghost.
Red base (the fortress) has a feature that links it with it's brethren, which is the presence of a gate sealing of the front of the base. It is designed to be togglable, though the toggle function is broken. It still can open, though.
