Tlaloc, named after the Aztec god of water and fertility, is an asymmetrical competitive Halo 5 forge map set in a water treatment facility.
I've really attempted to maximize the potential with the Halo 5 forge to create a highly detailed, instantly recognisable battleground.

The map is suitable for up to 8 players in either 4v4 or FFA settings, but also works fantastically as a 1v1 sniper map with octagon settings.
I'd also recommend playing 3v3 and 2v2 for a slower paced but still action packed experience.

Slayer, Strongholds and Oddball should all play well, but the map is not compatible with CTF or Assault.

Along with the scattered tier 1 weapons, the map houses a shotgun, sniper rifle and active camo.

Scale looks good, simple layout though. Hopfully all the detailed accents flesh out the different paths and sightlines enough. No doubt about it, the map looks good! I'm suprised with the choice in color though. I could see a grey/ blue base with white details and yellow on the piping and machinery.

Try that out and see how you feel about it. I will download this when i get home i want to play a match or two on it :]

I dont want to sound rude but i think you need to re-work some of your directional details. The map seems abit cluttered in the photos and video. Its understandable though, with a forge like this it becomes easy to get lost in creating detail. Trust me ive had this happen to me more than one time.

If i were you id try using less detailed pieces around the map and put in some other pieces that better highlight the surrounding zones. Each place needs to tell a story and clearly you are heading in the right direction with this map! just not quite there yet.

Things i would fix up if i were you
    - Better floor directional colouring ( add some sharp black/white lines along areas like the sides of walls/floors)
    - Sniper room needs more detail, use some of the breakout pieces if possible they can help or even just add a gobo to make the illusion of detail
    - Water needs to be done better. Please use the new method for creating water. Place Decals together instead of chroma screens and make sure the dark side is facing up, then place blue lights and lights with water gobos Underneath them. After that place blocks under the decals ( can be a decent amount below the object ) and then bam you are done. The lighting effects wont affect anything except the decals. Heres a video that explains it better:

Other than that i think this map is starting to blur the lines between what is considered a forge map and what is considered a developer map :) and its close to being one of my favourite looking maps in h5!

Keep up the amazing work :)

Couldn't get a lobby together, but having a look around i realy like some of the choices you made. I realy like the bottom area, and the outdoor section is a nice touch. A real solid map i look forward to playing. But consider differant colors, i think it's a missed opportunity
